Job Summary:

The Service Crew Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service team ensuring excellent customer service smooth workflow and efficient staff management. This role focuses on maintaining high service standards team performance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily activities of service crew members
  
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
  
• Train guide and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
  
• Monitor staff attendance shift scheduling and task allocation
  
• Maintain cleanliness hygiene and safety standards in the workplace
  
• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth service flow
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
  
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports for management
  
• Handle inventory coordination related to service operations
  
• Ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Hotel Management or related field
  
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in food service or hospitality industry
  
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
