Consultant / Contract-Based (Remote / On-ground as required)
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner / Distribution Consultant with a strong background in electronics and electricals sales specifically within the Iraq market. The consultant will be responsible for developing expanding and managing distribution networks identifying reliable channel partners and driving market penetration strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify evaluate and onboard distributors dealers and channel partners across Iraq
Develop and implement market entry and expansion strategies for electronics and electrical products
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors contractors and project owners
Provide insights on local market trends competition pricing and regulatory requirements
Support in negotiation of commercial terms agreements and partnership models
Monitor partner performance and recommend sales improvement strategies
Assist in demand forecasting sales planning and target setting
Guide internal teams on cultural business practices and compliance requirements in Iraq
Represent the company in client meetings trade discussions and business development initiatives (if required)
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in electronics/electricals sales or distribution
Strong network of channel partners distributors or contractors in Iraq
In-depth understanding of the Iraq business landscape and regulatory environment
Experience working in B2B sales channel development or distribution management
Excellent negotiation communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and deliver result-oriented outcomes
Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with GCC / Middle East markets
Background in solar power electrical infrastructure or industrial products is a plus
Experience working as a consultant or advisor for market entry strategies
Compensation:
Flexible: Consulting fee / retainer / success-based commission depending on experience and scope
