The Role: Nursing Educator The Nursing Educator plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the clinical competence of nursing staff. This role exists to assess training needs implement targeted development programs and support the delivery of safe evidence-based care across departments. You will serve as a clinical expert guiding nursing staff through structured education initiatives and individualized clinical support.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience as a Registered Nurse including at least 2 years in clinical instruction
Assist in assessing planning implementing and evaluating orientation staff development and continuing education programs
Deliver theoretical and clinical training across various departments (medical surgical pediatric critical care emergency)
Identify individual and team learning needs and implement development strategies
Support new staff through follow-ups and individualized clinical coaching
Participate in policy development quality improvement and interdepartmental committees
Maintain staff education records and contribute to competency assessments
Provide monthly reports on educational and clinical activities
Support patient education efforts and uphold patient rights and dignity
About You
Registered Nurse with a 3-year Diploma or BSc in Nursing from an accredited institution
Valid RN license and eligible for M.O.H licensing (to be arranged by client)
Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience post-graduation
At least 2 years of continuous experience in clinical instruction
Strong clinical knowledge across multiple specializations
Confident educator with leadership and communication skills
Proficient in English (written and oral)
Respects cultural values and practices within Saudi Arabia
Post-graduate studies or specialty certifications are an advantage
