General Services Clerk / Admin Assistant
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Services Clerk / Admin Assistant to support daily facility operations and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory of stationery furniture tools and consumables
  • Receive store and distribute materials from warehouse
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment (photocopiers projectors etc.)
  • Coordinate maintenance requests (carpentry plumbing cleaning pest control)
  • Conduct daily facility inspections and report issues
  • Maintain organized storage areas and ensure timely replenishment
  • Prepare daily reports on services and activities
  • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

  • High School / Diploma (Vocational or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in General Services or Admin role
  • Valid Light Vehicle Driving License
  • Good communication skills in English (reading writing speaking)
  • Ability to coordinate organize and handle multiple tasks
