Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare review and maintain accurate financial records and reports
* Handle accounts payable and receivable ensuring timely processing of transactions
* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations company policies and accounting standards
* Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes
* Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
* Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
Requirements
- Associates degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
- 2 years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP or Oracle)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python Experience with software development tools and methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Good communication and teamwork abilities
