The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive auto finance or insurance sales with a proven ability to close deals and achieve targets.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers interested in purchasing vehicles
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Promote additional services such as financing and insurance
- Manage the full sales process from inquiry to closing
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful deals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners when needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on market trends and available automotive offerings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales auto finance or insurance
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience in B2C (retail) sales is required
- Good understanding of car sales process and customer handling
- Familiarity with financing and insurance products is a plus
- Experience in showrooms dealerships banks or automotive companies is preferred
- Presentable and customer-oriented personality
