HSE advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce health safety and environmental policies on-site
  
• Conduct regular inspections audits and risk assessments
  
• Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions
  
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and international standards
  
• Develop and deliver safety training and awareness programs
  
• Investigate incidents accidents and near-misses and prepare detailed reports
  
• Maintain HSE documentation records and reports accurately
  
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe work practices
  
• Monitor use of PPE and ensure adherence to safety procedures
  
• Support emergency response planning and drills
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or relevant field
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE role (preferably in construction oil & gas or industrial sectors)
  
• Knowledge of local Oman safety regulations is preferred
  
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH IOSH or OSHA are highly preferred
