We are looking for an enthusiastic and polished Sales Assistant to join our cosmetics and perfumes team. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty fragrance and customer service and can confidently promote products while creating engaging sales and marketing experiences.
Assist customers in selecting cosmetics and perfumes that meet their personal needs and preferences
Demonstrate and sample products to drive customer purchase decisions
Create compelling marketing content for online and in-store promotions
Maintain thorough knowledge of the product range including ingredients benefits and fragrance families
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Ensure the sales floor is clean well-stocked and visually appealing at all times
Requirements
Experience in cosmetics perfumes or beauty product sales is required
Strong knowledge of beauty products skincare and fragrance families
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to create engaging marketing and social media content
Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling abilities
Must be presentable with a polished and professional appearance
