- Establish and maintain IT governance frameworks policies and reporting structures.
- Track KPIs strategic initiatives and operational performance ensuring timely execution and visibility.
- Standardize program and project delivery processes and ensure adherence across teams.
- Monitor governance compliance and strengthen accountability in reporting and execution.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage enterprise risks (ERM) ensuring proactive identification and mitigation.
- Engage with stakeholders and customers providing regular updates on performance risks and key initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and service improvements.
Requirements

Required Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. - 8 years of experience across IT domains with at least 3 years in a similar governance-focused or customer-facing role. - Relevant certifications such as ITIL COBIT PMP or equivalent are highly preferred. - Proven expertise in establishing and managing IT governance frameworks and aligning IT strategy with business objectives. - Experience in IT program governance delivery frameworks and process standardization. - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance best practices. - Experience in IT audits compliance and quality assurance reviews.
