A well-established Forex company based in Tel Aviv with a dynamic and fast-paced environment is looking to expand its HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a growing organization within the financial trading industry.

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on HR Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle support recruitment efforts and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume environments and a strong understanding of HR processes preferably within Forex fintech or sales-driven organizations.


Requirements

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding
Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries
Handle employee lifecycle processes (contracts onboarding offboarding documentation)
Maintain HR systems and employee records
Support payroll preparation and coordination with finance
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws
Assist in employee engagement welfare and retention initiatives
Work closely with management to support business growth and hiring needs

  • 13 years of experience in an HR role
  • Experience within Forex / fintech / sales environments strong advantage
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with Israeli labor law advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (Hebrew is a strong advantage)
