Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings workshops and interviews
- Translate business needs into functional specifications user stories and process flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and success criteria
- Work with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements and support implementation
- Create documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents)
- Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating outcomes
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field
- Strong understanding of Banking business processes and system workflows
- Experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence or similar
