Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic MBA (HR) graduates to join as Oracle Fusion HCM Freshers. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in HR technology and want to build a career in Oracle Fusion HCM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Understand and document HR business processes
- Support data entry validation and system testing activities
- Work closely with functional teams and stakeholders
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer sessions
- Provide basic user support and documentation
