Overview
Were building a high-performance talent ecosystem focused on the retail and eCommerce space connecting businesses with top-tier global talent across key functions.
Our network supports roles across marketing design & creative development supply chain operations and customer support.
As Global Talent Recruiter you will own the end-to-end talent pipeline from sourcing and vetting to onboarding with a strong focus on scaling talent acquisition while maintaining strict quality standards.
This role combines execution and leadership. You will not only recruit and onboard talent but also build systems optimize processes and expand the recruitment function over time.
Role Focus
Scale high-quality talent onboarding to meet growing client demand
Maintain strict quality control across the entire pipeline
Build and manage a globally distributed talent pool
Use data to continuously optimize sourcing vetting and onboarding
Evolve the function from execution structured scalable department
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Source high-performing freelancers across key regions (LATAM Eastern Europe MENA etc.)
Identify and double down on high-performing sourcing channels
Build a consistent scalable pipeline aligned with demand
Screening & Vetting
Conduct structured evaluations to assess skill communication and ownership
Maintain a high bar for talent quality while supporting volume targets
Continuously refine vetting frameworks based on performance data
Onboarding & Activation (Mass Controlled)
Manage and optimize high-volume onboarding without compromising quality
Ensure talent is client-ready and properly positioned
Improve onboarding speed clarity and conversion to placement
Operational & Managerial Ownership
Own the full recruitment lifecycle and performance metrics
Build and document scalable systems and SOPs
Identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency across the pipeline
Support the hiring and structuring of the recruitment team over time
On-Demand Talent Fulfillment
Quickly match and activate talent based on client needs
Balance speed quality and cost-efficiency in delivery
Requirements
5 years of experience in global recruitment or talent acquisition
Proven experience managing high-volume hiring while maintaining quality
Strong understanding of global talent markets rates and positioning
Experience building or improving recruitment systems and workflows
Experience in freelance remote or marketplace-based talent models is a strong advantage
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
