ملخص الوظيفة
- Bachelor degree /Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction including at least 8 years on substation projects.
- Oversee and manage one or more construction sites with full accountability
- Plan and execute construction of substation developments
- Ensure adherence to Qatars construction standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate effectively among contractors from various disciplines to maintain workflow and resolve conflicts related to civil MEP and electrical domains.
- Follow up on design-related issues and ensure timely resolution in coordination with design teams
- Supervise civil contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality progress and compliance with project specifications
- Issue formal notices regarding delays and respond professionally to communications from and to contractors
- Review and assess material submittals method statements and risk assessments to ensure suitability and compliance
- Prepare and submit all required site documentation to Consultant and Client in accordance with project protocols
- Monitor construction progress quality standards and safety measures rigorously
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and achievement of project milestones
- Demonstrate flexibility to work under pressure and extended hours when required
- Exhibit a high level of dedication responsibility and professionalism in all aspects of site management
