Project Civil Engineer

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Civil Engineer to provide technical expertise and oversight for aviation-related construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will support the Project Management Team and advise leadership on civil works associated with new aviation equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise leadership on all matters related to civil works building facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Provide technical guidance on renovation design and new construction projects supporting aviation programs.
• Support the Project Management Team with oversight coordination and project execution.
• Review construction plans specifications and project requirements to ensure compliance and quality.
• Monitor project progress and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders contractors and engineering teams to support project delivery.
• Utilize AutoCAD and MS Office tools to support design reviews reporting and documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction; airport or aviation-related construction experience highly desired.
• Ability to obtain registration with the Saudi Council for Engineers (SCE).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to read write speak and understand Arabic (required).

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
