Job Summary:
We are seeking a Government Relations / Administrator to support administrative and coordination activities for aviation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational communication and computer skills and will act as a liaison between site operations leadership and the RSLFAC headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site requirements and administrative actions to ensure aviation program mission success.
- Maintain communication with local Commanders leaders and RSLFAC Headquarters regarding administrative needs.
- Assist in updating passports obtaining licenses coordinating government fees and preparing necessary forms for government services.
- Prepare technical reports charts graphs and correspondence as required; take dictation when necessary.
- Maintain logs of official correspondence and assist with specialized missile-related documentation.
- Utilize computers databases and personnel records systems for administrative tasks.
- Support program management by providing updates on requirements and necessary support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Level 1: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Level 2: High school diploma plus 2-year college degree in business management or related field highly desired.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or computer applications experience within the last 10 years.
- Experience with human resource management is desired.
- Fluent in Arabic (oral and written) and able to communicate in English.
Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.
Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
