15H Aircraft Pneudralics Instructor

Description:

Serves as the 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Instructor under the guidance of the Aviation Institutes Technical Department Training Manager. This role involves delivering instruction for the 15H MOS Qualification Course including academic teaching hands-on performance training evaluations and developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally responsible for maintaining accurate Student Training Records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma.
• Graduate of the US Army 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer course or an equivalent military/civilian program.
• At least 6 years of experience as an Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer or equivalent experience.
• Capable of developing syllabi and providing instruction to 15H Pneudraulics Repairer candidates.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts administration operations and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage a team to achieve organizational goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite particularly MS Word PowerPoint and Excel; must be experienced in using
• Adobe Pro and other relevant programs and applications.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain employment.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.
