Job Title: Kerala Snacks Maker
Location: Kuwait / Qatar
Experience: 25 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time (Overseas)
We are hiring experienced Kerala Snacks Makers to work in Kuwait and Qatar for reputed restaurants and food production units. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Kerala-style snacks with consistency in taste quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Kerala snacks such as banana chips achappam kuzhalappam mixture cutlets pazhampori and other traditional items.
- Ensure consistency in taste texture and presentation.
- Handle frying baking and snack preparation processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen/work area.
- Monitor oil quality and proper usage during frying.
- Manage stock of raw materials and ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes and preparation methods.
- Work efficiently during bulk production and peak hours.
Salary: 35000 per month
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in making traditional Kerala snacks.
- Knowledge of snack preparation techniques and frying methods.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to quality and detail.
