We are hiring an experienced Porotta Maker to work in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic South Indian porotta (parotta) with consistency in taste texture and quality in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare porotta/parotta dough layering and shaping techniques.
- Cook porotta on tawa ensuring proper texture and taste.
- Maintain consistency in size quality and presentation.
- Prepare related items like kothu parotta (if required).
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow standard recipes and preparation methods.
- Manage stock of ingredients such as flour oil and eggs.
- Work efficiently during peak hours.
Salary : 30000 Per month
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in making South Indian porotta/parotta.
- Knowledge of dough preparation kneading and layering techniques.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Benefits
Required Skills:
Experience: 2 years as a Porotta Maker Gulf experience preferred (not mandatory)
Required Education:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
