Join Our Team as a Middle School ELA Co-Teacher
We are looking for an enthusiastic Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) Co-Teacher to join our collaborative learning this role you will work closely with lead teachers to create an engaging and supportive classroom where students think critically communicate effectively and develop a lifelong love of reading and writing.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) Co-Teacher to join our collaborative learning this role you will work closely with lead teachers to create an engaging and supportive classroom where students think critically communicate effectively and develop a lifelong love of reading and writing.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadteachers to plan and deliver lessons aligned with middle school English standards.
- Provide individualized and small-group support to help students strengthen reading writing and analytical skills.
- Foster a respectful inclusive classroom culture that values student voice and collaboration.
- Communicate regularly with families and colleagues to support each students progress.
- Assist with assessment grading and feedback to guide student learning and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in English Education or a related field (teaching certification preferred).
- Experience working with middle school students in a classroom or educational setting.
- Strong commitment to collaboration inclusion and student-centered teaching.
- Excellent communication organization and teamwork skills.
