Were looking for an enthusiastic Associate Sales Engineer to join our Water Utility team in Jordan. If youre technically savvy commercially sharp and ready to grow this role is your gateway to making a real difference.
This role reports to the Senior Key Account Manager Municpal Iraq/Levant/Pakistan & Afghanistan and we will need someone on the ground in Amman Jordan.
What youll do:
As our new Associate Sales Engineer you will:
- Support sales growth through technical and commercial input across the Jordanian market.
- Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to implement strategic business plans.
- Identify opportunities for replacing competitor equipment and introducing new products.
- Conduct site visits surveys and trials to solve customer challenges.
- Prepare quotations manage CRM activities and maintain customer relationships.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance taking action to stay on track.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Service Operations Marketing) to deliver value.
Your background:
- Up to 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles within the water utility sector.
- Recognized qualification in Water or Environmental Engineering.
- Technical knowledge of pumps wastewater systems and electrical/control equipment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools and Grundfos software packages.
- Strong communication negotiation and organizational skills.
- A proactive self-starting attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic with willingness to travel
