ملخص الوظيفة

Lead financial strategy formulation aligned with the institutions business goals.
Advise the CEO/DCEO on financial performance liquidity management financial planning capital structuring and investment decisions.
Oversee long-term budgeting forecasting financial modeling and MIS reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements management reports and regulatory returns in compliance with QCB regulations and applicable accounting standards (e.g. IFRS) ensuring transparency and accuracy.
Liaise with QCB examiners and external/internal auditors during inspections and reviews.

Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or Economics; MBA is a plus.

Must: Professional certifications such as CPA CA CMA ACCA or CFA.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience with a proven track record in leadership roles within regulated financial institutions.

At least 5 years in a senior finance or managerial capacity
