Role Overview

As a New Logo BDR you are the front line of our growth engine.

Your mission:

  • Create new opportunities. Open new doors. Start new conversations.

  • You will identify engage and qualify net-new prospects working closely with Marketing and Sales to turn interest into pipeline and pipeline into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and engage net-new accounts through outbound channels (LinkedIn email calling events)

- Research target companies industries and key decision-makers

- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ideal customer profiles

- Initiate conversations that uncover business challenges and generate interest

- Book meetings demos and discovery sessions for the sales team

- Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot Apollo)

- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive conversion

- Track performance and continuously improve outreach effectiveness

Sales Collaboration & Career Development

- Work closely with Sales Executives to understand the full sales cycle

- Learn through call shadowing coaching and feedback

- Gradually participate in customer meetings and discovery sessions as your confidence develops

Growth Opportunity

As you consistently deliver results you will progress from generating opportunities to owning parts of the sales cycle including participating in discovery and contributing to deal strategy where your progression is driven by your performance impact and readiness.

What Were Looking For

Experience

- 02 years in sales business development or customer-facing roles

- Exposure to B2B or SaaS is a plus
