Job Title: Product Specialist - Oracle NetSuite

Location: Doha Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Product Specialist (Arabic Speaking) to join our Business Solutions division. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in the Finance and Operations modules of NetSuite along with the technical capability to independently build workflows scripts and customizations.

This is a client-facing implementation role. You will own project delivery build client trust and be expected to configure and extend NetSuite across the full project lifecycle from pre-sales to implementation and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in pre-sales activities including client discovery solution design and delivering solution demonstrations.
• Lead and support full-cycle NetSuite implementations including requirements gathering solution design configuration testing go-live and user training
• Configure core modules including but not limited to General Ledger AP AR Fixed Assets Banking Procurement Inventory Management and CRM.
• Implement multi-subsidiary multi-currency and consolidation structures
• Build and maintain SuiteFlow workflows custom records forms fields and SuiteAnalytics workbooks and dashboards
• Write SuiteScript (2.x) to automate and extend system functionality
• Support data migration master data setup and cutover planning on live projects
• Coordinate with other partners on connections to third-party systems such as PMS POS and HRMS platforms
• Deliver end-user training system demonstrations and post-go-live support

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance Supply Chain or Information Systems
• 3–5 years of hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience in implementation configuration or support
• Experience with API-based integrations and NetSuite data import/export processes
• NetSuite certification (ERP Consultant Administrator or SuiteFoundation) is preferred
