Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Salesman to manage sales across multiple departments in a hypermarket/retail environment. The candidate should be capable of handling diverse product categories and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

- Garments (Mens/Ladies/Kids)

- HHH (Health Hygiene & Home Care)

- Roastery & Pulses
- Salesman cum Tailor
- Salesman cum Ladieswear
- General Section
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting products across assigned departments.
- Explain product features pricing and promotions.
- Ensure proper display labeling and stocking of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle billing support and basic POS operations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.
- Cross-sell and upsell products effectively.
- Follow company policies hygiene and safety standards.
Salary: 30000 Per month
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
Experience: 1 year in retail/hypermarket/supermarket preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts and different departments.
Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
Tailoring skills (for Salesman cum Tailor role preferred).
Knowledge of garments/fashion (for Ladieswear role preferred).
