ملخص الوظيفة
Job purpose: Managing the Desktop Publishing stage according to the company code of quality and the clients expected quality.
Key accountabilities:
Lead mentor and manage a team of desktop publishers.
Create detailed quotes and establish turnaround times (TAT) for projects ensuring the PM team is well-positioned to secure tasks and respond effectively to Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
Handle assigned tasks from the PMs such as Desktop Publishing (DTP) full formatting and the Quality Assurance (QA) phase for both in-house and freelance projects.
Assign tasks set deadlines and monitor team performance to ensure timely and high quality output.
Participate in the recruitment cycle for the department.
Coordinate with PMs and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Run analysis for DTP kits to make an estimation of the time required to complete the job and to report any missing files or incomplete information.
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all outputs meet the highest standards.
Must have qualifications:
University Degree.
Excellent knowledge of InDesign Word PowerPoint MS Publisher AutoCAD FrameMaker (Latin & Arabic) QuarkXPress Articulate Storyline Articulate Rise Illustrator and Photoshop.
Able to provide technical support in all the above
Good Knowledge of Mac OS besides excellent knowledge of Windows OS.
Delivering one-shot files with high-quality standards (0.5 points per page Max.).
Lead mentor and manage a team of desktop publishers.
Create detailed quotes and establish turnaround times (TAT) for projects.
Ensuring the utilization of the team.
Participate in the recruitment cycle for the department.
Work Conditions:
- Hybrid
- Working Days: 5
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Location: Al-Jizah - near Midan Lebonan - El-Mohandessin
