Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Master Hairstylist & Makeup Artist to join our luxury salon team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in advanced hairstyling and professional makeup with experience handling VIP clients and delivering high-quality results consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert hairstyling services including cutting coloring balayage treatments and styling

Perform professional makeup applications (bridal events glam HD makeup)

Conduct client consultations and recommend suitable styles and treatments

Upsell salon services and retail products to meet sales targets

Maintain high standards of hygiene cleanliness and presentation

Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships

Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques

Requirements:

Proven experience in a luxury or high-end salon

Strong skills in advanced hair techniques (balayage keratin hair botox extensions)

Professional makeup artistry experience with a portfolio

Good communication and consultation skills

Ability to handle VIP and high-demand clients

Well-groomed and professional appearance

Certification is an advantage but not mandatory

Willing to relocate to QATAR

Language Requirements:

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: $2000

5% commission upon achieving 5x salary target
