- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
- 7 years experience with electrical maintenance in Steel manufacturing plant.
- Experience with the Siemens Simatic S7-PLC hardware and software.
- Implements the execution of Electrical maintenance activities for Electrical Arc Furnace Ladle Furnace Material Handling System Fume Extraction System and Continuous Casting Machine to minimize shutdown time and achieve the production plan with highest quality and lowest cost.
- Executes Electrical maintenance plans in coordination with the steel plant.
- Conduct assessment of electrical failure and issues and suggest suitable countermeasures.
- Support in upgrading Electrical equipment across the plants to achieve better performance.
- Work with Medium voltage Furnace transformer furnace switchgears Low voltage motor control centers and Field sensor of Steel plant.
- Support in preparation of the electrical maintenance annual budget figures and materials requirement then follow up the procurement and delivery of requested consumables and spare parts.
