ملخص الوظيفة
- Experience in site inspection of piping and structural fabrication for offshore structures.
- Installation Risers Piping installation with Hook up for new Jackets with temporary decks for wellhead platforms
- The stages and extend of Inspection during rigid (CRA) piping and exotic lines while conducting inspection required for the project and adequately describes
- Inspection required for each component reference procedures specifications codes and standards responsible personnel specific to the project requirements.
- Pre-inspection Meeting shall be conducted prior to start of offshore campaign and Hook up Team.
- Receive materials check type size / dimension condition & quantity. (Welding Consumables Coating material NDT Consumables etc.) at offshore.
- Material Verification Visual Inspection and Document Review. For materials directly delivered to offshore from Vendor or for items which Punch list open & close during line walk.
-Witness the bolt torque & Hydro test as per approved ITP.
-Clearance for NDT before field strength test Test pack review
Qualifications :
- Bachelors / Diploma in mechanical Engineering with 15 years of experience in oil & Gas offshore projects.
- CSWIP / AWS with NDT - RT UT MT PT
