Job Title: Aesthetic Medicine Specialist / Aesthetic Doctor
Job Summary
An Aesthetic Medicine Specialist is responsible for evaluating patients and performing non-surgical cosmetic procedures to enhance physical appearance and skin health. The role combines medical expertise with aesthetic judgment to deliver safe natural and high-quality results in line with Qatar’s healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed patient consultations including medical history and aesthetic assessment
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and expectations
• Perform aesthetic procedures such as:
o Botox and dermal fillers
o PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)
o Laser treatments and skin resurfacing
o Chemical peels and skin rejuvenation
o Microneedling and anti-aging therapies
• Ensure patient safety informed consent and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with Qatar Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) regulations
• Stay updated with latest technologies and aesthetic trends
• Achieve high patient satisfaction and retention
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor of Medicine (MBBS/MD)
• Certification or training in Aesthetic Medicine or Dermatology
• Valid or eligible license from Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP / DHP)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aesthetic or dermatology practice
• Expertise in injectables and laser devices
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Portfolio of before-and-after cases (preferred)
Skills
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
• Precision in minimally invasive procedures
• Patient-centered approach
• Ability to upsell treatments ethically
• Knowledge of advanced aesthetic technologies
