Key Responsibilities
- Lead mentor and manage the infrastructure team.
- Assign tasks monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Design implement and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Manage routers switches firewalls and network security.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Ensure network scalability and reliability.
- Plan deploy and optimize enterprise WiFi networks.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure proper coverage and capacity.
- Manage wireless controllers access points and security protocols.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
- Implement and manage infrastructure automation (e.g. scripting orchestration tools).
- Improve operational efficiency through automation of routine tasks.
- Integrate automation with monitoring and alerting systems.
- Ensure infrastructure complies with security standards and policies.
- Implement network security best practices (VPNs firewalls access control).
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
- Oversee daily infrastructure operations and incident management.
- Ensure system uptime backup and disaster recovery readiness.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners when needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
- 58 years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in networking (TCP/IP routing switching).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise WiFi solutions.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. scripting Ansible Python etc.).
- Knowledge of firewalls VPNs and network security.
Preferred Certifications - CCNA / CCNP
- MCITP
Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any releated field. Experienced with Revit & Autocad.
