About the Role
Support end-to-end People Operations ensuring smooth People department processes
compliance with Saudi regulations and effective support for Sales and Member.
What You Will Do
Manage all Colleagues related letters (salary certificates contracts experience letters
etc.) and maintain accurate records in SuccessFactors and related shared folders.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring full compliance with company
policies and Saudi labor law.
Manage and process transactions on Qiwa including contract creation updates
authentication Colleagues transfers and profession changes; ensure alignment with
Saudization requirements.
Coordinate with GOSI Qiwa and other government platforms to maintain 100%
compliance and accurate employee data.
Monitor attendance leaves and timekeeping; resolve discrepancies with managers
and ensure policy adherence.
Support end-to-end hiring for Sales and Member Care (MC) roles including
coordination with hiring managers interview scheduling and onboarding readiness.
Act as the main point of contact for outsourcing partners (EOR) ensuring smooth
communication contract management and compliance.
Track outsourced Colleagues data validate invoices and ensure alignment with
agreed terms.
Partner with business leaders and employees to address People-related queries and
provide guidance on policies and processes.
What You Will Need
Bachelors degree in HR or related field.
25 years of experience in HR Operations / People Partnering.
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa GOSI).
Strong knowledge on the HR systems
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
