Were looking for a DC Specialist to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store tMart
which is the regions first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket
prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait UAE Qatar Jordan Bahrain Egypt Oman
and Iraq!
Closely monitoring of DC performance and develop a deep understanding of the problems faced on a day-
to-day
Working end to end on DC operations and mid mile - DC to stores and store to dc process
Set direction to improve operational performance while continuously identifying opportunities for
improvement whether by introducing automation or through designing better processes
Develop a great understanding of MSD system and adequately leverage their functionality in tmart DC
operations
Drive the execution of these plans in collaboration with country DC team
Closely working with DC team Supply chain and store team
Develop SLAs and targets of various kpis and align the local team
Develop various actionable dashboard with analytics team
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
Extremely organized and process-driven
Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet MS Excel Data studio
Strong problem solving abilities
Track record of getting things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills across a set of stakeholders
Understanding of WMS system is must MSD system will be advantage
