ملخص الوظيفة
Assist guests with spa related information giving them personal attention anticipate their needs and be an escort to the appropriate facilities
- Keep the Spa areas clean neat stocked and organized at all times
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required
- Act as a host in the locker room and relaxation areas ensuring that guests find their treatments are served water etc.
- Prepare rooms for treatments according to specified guidelines/SOPs.
- Ensure stocking of all spa amenities and toiletries.
- Consistently engaging with guests.
- Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner and escort guests as required and give tours of the spa as required.
Qualifications :
Customer service experience required preferably within a Luxury hotel environment
- Housekeeping experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
