This is a Full-Time position for a motivated hospitality professional who can drive operational excellence foster a positive team culture and deliver an outstanding customer experience. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for all aspects of the cafes performance from financial management to day-to-day service ensuring the establishment thrives as a premier destination.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily cafe operations to ensure efficiency quality and adherence to brand standards. * Lead train and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff promoting a culture of teamwork and high performance. * Manage the cafes financial performance including budget setting P&L analysis cost control and implementing strategies to maximise revenue. * Champion an exceptional level of customer service ensuring every guest has a positive experience and addressing any feedback promptly and professionally. * Manage inventory stock control and supplier relationships to maintain optimal levels of high-quality products. * Ensure strict compliance with all local health safety and sanitation regulations. * Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new customers and build community engagement.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior management role such as a General Manager or Cafe Manager within the premium food and beverage sector. * Strong financial acumen with demonstrable experience managing budgets and P&L statements. * Exceptional leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. * Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills. * Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. * A genuine passion for coffee food and creating memorable customer experiences. * Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
