We are looking for a skilled and analytical Buyer to manage the procurement of stock and ensure inventory levels are maintained efficiently to meet demand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for forecasting budgeting performance monitoring and supplier coordination while working closely with internal departments such as merchandising e-commerce and marketing.

Key Responsibilities المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• Forecast demand and ensure timely procurement of SKUs.
• Monitor and evaluate brand performance across showrooms.
• Classify SKUs based on sales trends and control warehouse inventory levels.
• Launch promotions and introduce new arrivals in coordination with the E-commerce and Marketing teams via social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the Merchandising team for new product designs and showroom floor plans.
• Prepare brand performance reports and present insights to top management.
• Estimate and manage the annual purchasing budget for international brands.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

- إعداد التنبؤات وتلبية متطلبات الطلب منالمنتجات (SKUs) في الوقتالمناسب.

- مراقبة وتقييم أداء العلامات التجارية فيصالات العرض.

- تصنيف المنتجات حسب المبيعات والتحكم فيمستويات المخزون بالمستودعات.

- إطلاق العروض الترويجية وتقديم المنتجاتالجديدة بالتعاون مع فرق التسويق والتجارة الإلكترونية عبر منصات التواصلالاجتماعي.

- التنسيق مع فريق التصميم التجاري لتصميمالمنتجات وخطط توزيعها في صالات العرض.

- إعداد تقارير أداء العلامة التجاريةومتابعتها مع الإدارة العليا.

- تقدير ميزانية الشراء السنوية للعلامةالتجارية الدولية.

- بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين وضمان سيرالعمل بسلاسة وكفاءة.

Requirements المتطلبات

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration MIS or Industrial Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English(spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinker with strong reporting and budgeting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة سلسلةالإمداد إدارة الأعمال نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو الهندسة الصناعية.

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (تحدثاوكتابة) بشكل متقدم.

مهارات قوية في Microsoft Office خاصة في Excel و PowerPoint

مهارات تحليلية عالية في إعداد التقاريروالميزانيات.

مهارات تواصل وتنسيق ممتازة.
