Were looking for an experienced and visionary Cluster Director of Revenue to lead our revenue optimization strategy across multiple properties in Riyadh Saudi this pivotal role you will drive commercial excellence and profit maximization across the cluster while fostering a collaborative culture of revenue management innovation. Youll partner with property leaders ownership entities and corporate stakeholders to establish strategic direction implement tactical initiatives and ensure data-driven decision-making that elevates our competitive positioning in the market.
- Develop and execute comprehensive cluster-wide revenue strategies that align with corporate objectives and drive incremental profit across all revenue centers (rooms food and beverage spas and ancillary services)
- Lead strategic planning initiatives and collaborate with property-level teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for profit optimization and market expansion
- Establish clear revenue management vision and culture across the cluster providing coaching mentoring and training to revenue management talent at each property
- Analyze market trends competitive positioning and economic indicators to derive insight-led strategies that maximize profitability and market share
- Oversee pricing inventory allocation and rate management strategies across all properties ensuring optimization of yield and customer segment targeting
- Direct channel distribution strategies and evaluate new business opportunities related to booking channels maintaining strong relationships with OTA and CTO partners
- Manage and optimize all revenue management systems tools and technologies (RMS CRS rate shopping systems and property-specific platforms) to ensure data quality and system integrity
- Create short- and long-term financial forecasts and projections that inform strategic decision-making and support annual budget processes
- Chair regular revenue management meetings across the cluster preparing materials and communications that align with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute measure and evaluate digital marketing initiatives that support cluster-wide strategic plans and drive demand
- Oversee content management and channel optimization across all electronic distribution channels ensuring consistent and compelling property representation
- Actively participate in ownership conversations and presentations providing transparent reporting on performance metrics market intelligence and strategic recommendations
- Monitor and manage performance reviews with distribution partners maintaining up-to-date knowledge of each partners capabilities and extranet optimization opportunities
- Foster an inclusive supportive environment that encourages innovation resilience and continuous improvement across all cluster properties
- Motivate and lead cluster revenue teams providing performance feedback career development opportunities and recognition for exceptional results
Qualifications :
**Required Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in revenue management with demonstrated success in multi-property or cluster environments
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with proficiency in revenue management analytics and reporting tools
- Expertise in pricing strategy yield optimization and inventory management
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel distribution channels and channel management systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop revenue management teams
- Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) central reservation systems (CRS) and related technology platforms
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget development forecasting and P&L accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate market insights into actionable revenue strategies
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Masters degree in Hotel Management Accounting Finance or Mathematics
- Experience in luxury or upscale hotel clusters
- Familiarity with revenue management best practices and industry standards
- Background in commercial strategy development and implementation
- Experience with market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and hospitality trends in the Middle East
- Certification in revenue management or related field
