The Total Rewards Analyst will support the Compensation & Benefits function in designing analyzing and implementing reward strategies that ensure competitiveness equity and compliance.
The role covers data analysis reporting salary benchmarking and benefits administration supporting the companys reward policies and HR systems.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Economics or a related field.
35 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics within large organizations.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR data tools.
Experience in salary surveys pay benchmarking and benefits management.
Solid understanding of job evaluation and grading methodologies (e.g. Mercer Hay).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
