We are currently looking to engage a qualified Recruitment Officer for a 3-month duration with the possibility of extension. We would like to invite your agency to submit a quotation along with suitable CVs for the provision of this resource.
Details:
- Position: Recruitment Officer
- Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
- Location: Lusail Head Office
- 6 Days & 9 Hours
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas and Construction sectors
- Proven ability to handle full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments
- Experience in screening resumes conducting initial interviews and shortlisting qualified candidates
- Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Skilled in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future needs
- Strong interviewing screening and evaluation skills
- Commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
