What Youll Do

• Proactively contact existing clients to encourage continued trading activity.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.

• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their trading experience.

• Monitor client activity and follow up with inactive accounts.

• Provide market updates promotions and relevant information to clients.

• Ensure all client interactions meet company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Requirements

• Previous experience in client retention sales or customer service ideally within Forex or finance.

• Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.

• Proactive persuasive and confident in handling objections.
