ملخص الوظيفة
-Support the sales team with proposals quotations and service agreements.
-Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs team on project timelines and submissions.
-Follow up on product registrations and regulatory applications.
-Track client onboarding and ensure all required documents are collected.
-Coordinate with Accounting on payments invoices and regulatory fees.
-Act as a main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
-Maintain accurate reports and tracking sheets for projects payments and submissions.
-Ensure smooth coordination between Sales Regulatory Affairs and accounting teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related field.
- 2 years of experience in the sales field.
- Proficiency in Odoo and Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Strong coordination and followup skills
- Good communication and clienthandling skills
