Position: Service Advisor (Mandarin & Cantonese Expat)
Shift: 9:00 AM 9:30 PM (Shift-based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate end-to-end support
- Communicate clearly with customers in Mandarin and Cantonese
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards are met
- Work closely with internal teams to support operations
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken)
- Bachelors Degree (required for Employment Pass eligibility)
