Sealy Mattress Middle East a distinguished operator in the consumer goods industry and an operation licensee of Sealy Saudi Arabia and the MENA region is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Director to join our team. With a rich history dating back to 1990 we have established ourselves as a premier manufacturer and distributor of high-end mattresses. Our state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah launched in 1999 allows us to produce quality products that meet the demands of the Arab market. As a family-owned company we pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and superior bedding innovations. The Sales Director will play a crucial role in driving sales strategies expanding market share and elevating the Sealy brand reputation in the region. This role requires an individual with a robust background in sales management and a passion for the consumer goods sector particularly in bedding products. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance market penetration.
- Lead mentor and manage the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the MENA region.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management preferably in the consumer goods or bedding industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the MENA market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
