ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architectural Engineer to lead and manage architectural engineering aspects across complex building and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural design engineering coordination construction technologies and building systems. You will oversee design development technical detailing code compliance and interdisciplinary coordination to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design development and technical documentation of architectural projects from concept through construction
- Review and validate architectural and engineering drawings ensuring coordination with structural MEP and other disciplines.
- Ensure design solutions comply with building codes local regulations and sustainability standards

Develop and review detailed construction drawings specifications and BOQ.
- Serve as a key liaison between the architectural team clients consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate with MEP structural civil and landscape teams to resolve design and technical issues.

Participate in project meetings site inspections and design reviews.
- Provide technical support during construction including RFIs submittal reviews and shop drawing coordination.
- Conduct site visits to monitor architectural works for quality design intent and compliance.
- Evaluate material samples mockups and prototypes.
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures internal design standards and project delivery protocols.

Review documentation for completeness constructability and accuracy.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and drafters.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 7to10 years of professional experience with proven track record in large-scale architectural or interior fit-out projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and other BIM tools; knowledge of Navisworks Bluebeam or SketchUp is a plus.
- Deep understanding of construction detailing building materials faade systems joinery and finishes.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Primavera MS Project) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of building codes standards (e.g. IBC ADA local regulations) and sustainability practices (LEED or equivalent is a plus).

Excellent communication coordination and leadership skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
