Assist in sourcing screening and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
Help update HR databases and maintain employee records
Assist in organizing training and development programs
Participate in employer branding and HR communications
Qualifications :
Studying Human Resources Psychology or Business Administration
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Proficiency in MS Office and HR platforms (e.g. Workday) is a plus
