Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated IT Administrator Trainee to join our team under the Tamheer Program. The trainee will support the IT department in maintaining systems troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees (hardware & software)
Assist in installing configuring and maintaining computers and systems
Monitor and maintain IT systems networks and servers
Troubleshoot issues related to laptops printers and network connectivity
Support user account management (creation access permissions)
Assist in maintaining IT documentation and inventory
Ensure data security and follow IT policies and procedures
Support basic cybersecurity practices and updates
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field
Fresh graduate (eligible for Tamheer Program)
Basic knowledge of IT systems networks and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and operating systems
Good communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of networking concepts
Knowledge of hardware and software installation
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
