Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Inspector Technical Assistant to support quality assurance and inspection activities for roads and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all construction works comply with project specifications quality standards and approved procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections for roads drainage utilities and civil works
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings specifications and method statements
• Perform inspections as per Inspection Test Plans (ITP)
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports QA/QC documentation and records
• Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Coordinate with engineers contractors and consultants on quality-related matters
• Witness material testing (soil concrete asphalt) and ensure compliance with standards
• Assist in reviewing method statements material submittals and technical documents
• Support QA/QC team in maintaining quality systems and documentation
• Ensure compliance with QCS 2014 / project specifications and HSE requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC inspection
• Strong experience in roads highways drainage and utilities projects
• Hands-on experience with inspection testing and QA/QC documentation
• Familiarity with ITP method statements NCRs and quality procedures
• Experience with QCS 2014 / Ashghal projects preferred
• GCC experience required (Qatar preferred)
• Good communication and reporting skills

• Experience with consultancy/supervision projects
• Laboratory testing experience (soil asphalt concrete)
• Immediate availability / transferable visa
