OVERVIEW:

Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a highly experienced Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team in Al this role you will support daily treasury operations including cash management reconciliations and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across accounts.
  
• Support short-term cash flow forecasting and reporting.
  
• Assist in optimizing cash utilization and minimizing idle balances
  
• Process and monitor bank transfers (local & international).
  
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
  
• Maintain and update banking mandates and authorized signatories.
  
• Coordinate with banks on operational matters and documentation
  
• Prepare treasury-related reports (daily & weekly cash position etc.).
  
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal controls.
  
• Support internal and external audit requirements related to treasury activities.
  
• Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and documentation
  
• Assist in monitoring foreign exchange exposure and payment risks.
  
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and organizational policies.
  
• Support implementation of treasury systems and process improvements.
  
• Identify assess and prioritize opportunities for treasury optimization including liquidity enhancement cost reduction and working capital efficiency.
  

Requirements

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting.
  
• 13 years of treasury or finance experience.
  

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Strong Excel skills.
  
• Good understanding of banking operations.
  
• High attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of cash management and banking systems.
  
• Advanced proficiency in using banking and ERP system and excellent presentation skills are also necessary.
