Buggy Driver
The Buggy Driver is responsible for safely and courteously transporting guests around the property using a buggy. The role plays a key part in ensuring a positive first impression and enhancing the guest experience through friendly and professional service.
- Greet guests with a warm friendly and professional attitude.
- Transport guests and their belongings to and from rooms hotel facilities and parking areas as required.
- Assist with luggage handling during guest arrivals and departures.
- Ensure the buggy is clean wellmaintained and fully charged or fueled.
- Follow scheduled transportation routines as well as adhoc requests promptly.
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to maintenance or management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and traffic rules at all times.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities events and local attractions.
- Maintain a high level of guest service and uphold hotel standards.
Qualifications :
- Valid drivers license.
- Proven safe driving record.
- Prior experience in a hospitality or customerfacing role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Russian/Arabic speaking preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift luggage.
- Flexible with work hours including weekends holidays and evenings.
