Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
Develop and manage budgets forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management on financial performance.
Support internal and external audits ensuring timely and accurate documentation and compliance.
Monitor cash flow working capital and financial risks recommending mitigation strategies as needed.
Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals.
Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy efficiency and scalability.
Stay current with evolving financial regulations tax laws and industry best practices in the Kingdom.
Assist in the implementation of new financial technologies and automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; CPA CFA or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
25 years of progressive experience in financial reporting analysis or accounting within the financial services sector.
Proficiency in financial modeling Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong understanding of IFRS Saudi Arabian financial regulations and audit standards.
Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
Experience with data visualization tools
